Adam grew up in NY kitchens. In his earlier years, Adam worked with his dad in his family’s gourmet sandwich shop in Brooklyn, as well as a 200 seat cafe in Tribeca. He went on to own and operate The New York Fun Factory, one of the largest special events production companies on the East Coast. Adam operated and co-owned two restaurants, the Hog House Barbecue in Huntington, and Burger 9 Point 5 in Merrick. He then attended Culinary Institute of America to hone in his cooking skills.
Since graduating, he has been cooking and consulting in restaurants for 30+ years! Whether working at a high-end restaurant, a fast-paced pub, a large Summer camp for kids, or catering a special event for a client, Adam creates his deliciously prepared dishes with love!
