Join Executive Chef Adam Goldgell (Chopped, Restaurant Express) as he creates a culinary connection to the past. Adam will meticulously gather the facts from descendants, local experts and historians, and try to piece together the menu that proved to be the last meal of a legend. Then Adam will cook it how they cooked it, eat it where they ate it. He’ll even wear it like they wore it by dressing in whatever was fashionable at the time (whether he looks good in it or not). Throughout the process Adam will call upon his vast knowledge of food, as well as his sharp, often acerbic, wit to spice things up both literally and figuratively.
